ANNUAL FEES
Annual fees partially cover the cost of books, resource materials, instructional & classroom materials, instructional & classroom equipment, classroom supplies, field trip transportation, and class/school activities & events. All fees are non-refundable and must be included with the first payment.

Payment Information

FINANCIAL POLICIES

3. FACTS tuition payments: It is expected that monthly payments will be made according to the scheduled FACTS agreement.
Please note that no more than two requests per family per school year will be considered. Deferred payments will be treated as late payments and will delay the release of progress reports, report cards, and school records.
4. Past-due accounts: Students with accounts 60 days past-due will not be allowed to return to school until accounts are paid.

Fees: Curriculum and Activity fees must be paid with the first (August) tuition payment, are non-refundable, and all textbooks must be returned in good condition at the end of the school term or upon withdrawal. These fees partially cover the purchase of curriculum for a student, resource materials, instructional & classroom materials, instructional & classroom equipment, classroom supplies, field trip transportation, and class/school activities & events. 8. Insufficient Funds: Any insufficient funds checks or charges will be charged a $25 processing fee. Students will not be allowed to return to class once the school is notified of an insufficient funds payment until the account is cleared.

10. Withdrawal: Once commitment to a school has been made, it is understood that commitment will be honored for its duration. Any withdrawals after the start of the school year must be made by filling out a Withdrawal from Enrollment form and delivering it to the Admissions Office no later than the day of withdrawal. Students will be considered and treated as active (and accounts will continue to be charged tuition and late fees) until a withdrawal from is completed. Failure to complete this form may result in additional administrative charges to the family.
11. No refunds for withdrawal, whether voluntary or involuntary, will be given after the first day of classes – no exceptions. Those on the 10-month payment plan will be charged an additional one month’s tuition regardless of the day of withdrawal.
12. Students who are asked to leave
13. Past-due accounts for withdrawn students must be settled immediately. All balances on withdrawn students’ accounts are expected to be paid within 60 days. Any accounts not settled by that time will incur an additional $10 fee for every week the balance is not paid. If the involvement of a collection agency for any account becomes necessary, any resulting additional fees incurred by the school will be charged to the family.
