k-12 Rates
Please note that the fees listed on the chart are not included in the tuition rates. These fees are determined based on the student’s grade level and cover the majority of expenses incurred throughout the school year, including field trips, classroom supplies, theater props and costumes, the Thanksgiving luncheon, and graduation attire for students graduating throughout the academic year. Tuition prices include enrollment, administrative costs, and the cost of books, resource materials, instructional and classroom materials, and instructional and classroom equipment. 10-month, 9-month, and 8-month payment plans are available. Annual Payment

Semi – Annual Payment
($300 Discount)
Semi-annual payment is recognized when 50% of the tuition is paid in full by August 17, 2026 and the remaining amount is paid by January 4, 2027. The semi-annual payment is applied after the membership discount and the multiple children discount.
LC MEMBER SERVING
($600 Discount)
Discount is available when parents or legal guardians are regularly attending church (at least 3 times per month), completing Next Steps, and serving consistently on a ministry team at Life Changers International Church. Applies to K-12.
Multiple Children Discount
($500 Discount)
$500 discount for each additional child after the first child is enrolled. This discount may only be applied to students enrolled in K-12.
k4 Rates
A schedule is chosen at enrollment with any combination of days from Monday through Friday. Once chosen, the same weekly schedule will be consistent for the entire year. For example, a weekly schedule of Tuesday and Thursday, the annual tuition would be 2 days x $750, or $1,500, and will remain on Tuesdays and Thursdays for the academic year. *A $200 Non-Refundable Tuition Down Payment is required at the time of enrollment.

EXTRACURRICULAR & NON-ACADEMIC COSTS
Extracurricular and non-academic costs are not included in the tuition price. These costs include, but are not limited to, uniforms, school supplies, projects, sports, clubs, and lunch programs. These expenses must be paid upon request by Valeo Academy.
PAYMENT INFORMATION

NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION
A $100 new student registration fee applies to each new student. This fee is non-refundable.

FAMILY REFERRAL INCENTIVE
In order to receive the Family Referral Incentive of $250 per student ($500 per family,) families must complete and submit the Family Referral Form which is subject to school’s approval. Both referring and new families are eligible to receive the $250 Family Referral Incentive ($500 per family). The new family must enroll and stay in school for the entire academic year. Scholarship award recipients are eligible to receive a percentage of the referral incentive. Restrictions do apply.

Parent Volunteer Program
To help keep our tuition lower while providing the best possible academic experience for the cost, parents with students in full-day Kindergarten-12th grade select one of following two service options:
- Serve a minimum of 10 hours per family per school semester. Pay a $100 service fee per semester, per family.
- Service fee will be billed on August 15 and January 15. Fee will be billed to the oldest student’s account.

Annual Payment Plan
Payment is due in the administrative office on August 17th by 4:00pm. Please note that for any payments received after that time, the annual plan discount will be forfeited. Those who qualify for late enrollment status must have payments in the office by the child’s first day of school. Should payment not be made at that time, the annual plan discount will be forfeited.

10-Month Payment Plan
To participate in the monthly payment plan option, tuition payments must be withdrawn via ACH from either a checking or savings account. A completed ACH Withdrawal Authorization Form must be submitted. Payments will be withdrawn on a monthly basis beginning July 15th and concluding April 15th. Withdrawals are made on the 15th of each month, or the next business day if the 15th is a weekend or holiday. ACH withdrawals that are returned for non-sufficient funds will be charged a $25 NSF fee and will be re-processed on the last day of the month with a $25 re-processing fee added. A consumer credit check may be required for new families. Monthly payment plans are not available to returning families with delinquent or previously delinquent payment histories; exceptions may be granted by the School Board (a two-month tuition deposit may be required)

Scholarships
Tuition assistance grants are need-based financial aid that are administered and funded by Valeo Academy. An independent organization, FACTS, processes applications for our applying families to assess their level of need. All personal and financial information is kept strictly confidential and secure. You will be charged a nonrefundable $40 fee per family by FACTS. The deadline for current school families is April 17. FACTS calculates a number of factors in determining family need including income, expenses, assets, family size, and the number of children attending Valeo Academy.
